Ingredients
3cupsrolled oats
2cupswhole wheat flour
1cupskim milk or soy milk powder
¼cupwheat germ
¼cupground flax
¼cupbrown sugar
3tablespoonsbaking powder
1tablespooncinnamon
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Add oatmeal to a blender or food processor and blend until finely ground. This doesn’t have to be perfectly ground. The last time I made this I added a bit more whole rolled oats to the mix – just to keep it interesting. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well to combine.Makes about 6 cups of mix, which makes about 4 batches. I like to measure out 1-½ cups into 4, 500ml mason jars so its ready to go for easy mornings.
