¼cupmisoI like white miso for this recipe
1-½cupsgreen onions4-5 green onions, white and green parts, roughly chopped
3tablespoonrice vinegar
2teaspoonfresh grated ginger
1clovegarlic
2teaspoonmaple syrup
2teaspoontoasted sesame oildark toasted sesame oil is used for flavour, do not use un-toasted sesame oil
½cupwateror more for desired consistency
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add more water,a tablespoon at at time if you would like a thiner consistency.
