Ingredients

can no-salt added
black beans (about 2 cups cooked)

frozen corn kernels

large tomato
or two small Roma sized tomatoes diced
juice of 1 lime

olive oil

clove
of garlic

finely diced red onion

cilantro chopped

jalapeno
finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)

feta cheese crumbled

teaspoon
dried oregano
salt to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except salt) to a large mixing bowl and toss well to combine. Taste for seasoning, add salt if necessary. Serve with corn chips.
Salsa will keep refrigerated for two days.
