Ingredients
500gramsbutton mushrooms
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1clove garlic
½teaspoondried rosemaryor 1 ful teaspoon of resh
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
1tablespoonfresh parsleyoptional for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss all ingredients except fresh parsley in a large bowl, tossing mushrooms to thoroughly cover with sauce. Transfer to a ceramic or glass baking dish and roast, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or room temperature.
Notes
These mushrooms can be served hot out of the oven or at room temperature.
