128oz can diced tomatoes, no salt added with Italian seasonings
119oz can of chickpeas, about 2 cups cooked
398mllarge jar of marinated artichoke heartslightly chop, if you are not a fan of artichokes feel free to use a small jar (170ml) you can also use canned artichoke hearts
¼cupsun-dried tomato slices
½cupdry white or red wine
1sweet red bell pepperdiced
1Tablespoondried oregano
1Tablespoongarlic and red pepper seasoning mix
Instructions
In the crock of slow-cooker, add all ingredients and stir gently. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Seasoning with salt and cracked black pepper before serving.
