Ingredients
1cupNutellaor your favourite hazelnut spread
10tablespoonsall-purpose flour
2eggs
chocolate chips for toppingyour choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 24 mini-muffin cup pan with mini-muffin liners.
In a medium bowl beat eggs, then add in flour and Nutella. Whisk until smooth. You can do this easily by hand.
Divide batter evenly between the 24 mini-muffin cups. Top each brownie with as many chocolate chips as you can. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Brownies will puff up in the middle when done. Don't over cook, brownies are best under-done and still dense in the middle.
Notes
We choose to top our two-bite brownies with dark chocolate and mini-chocolate chips. Try mint or white chocolate, chopped peanuts or hazelnuts.
