Ingredients
1cupfrozen blueberries
½frozen banana
2kiwifresh, peeled
½cupof ice
1cupalmond milk
1Tsunflower seeds or almonds
1scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
Throw all ingredients into a blender and buzz until smooth.
1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ frozen banana, 2 kiwi, ½ cup of ice, 1 cup almond milk, 1 T sunflower seeds or almonds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Notes
I use a high-speed Blendtec blender. If you are using a regular blender use almond butter, sunflower seed butter or ground flax instead of the whole nuts and seeds.Your choice of protein powder will change the nutritional values of your smoothie. I used a vanilla whey isolate in this recipe.
