I'm fairly certain that in heaven there is a Blendtec because in my heaven there is this chocolate peanut fudge dip...

Chocolate Peanut Dip
recipe from Blendtec's Fresh Blends Cookbook
Ingredients:
  • 12 oz chocolate chips - semi-sweet
  • 1 cup peanut butter, natural, crunchy
  • 1 cup half and half or soy creamer
Directions:

Place all ingredients into the Blendtec and press the "soups and fondu" button.  I ran the blender 3 times, wiping the sides in between.  In the end, the chocolate sauce is smooth, creamy and warm.

Serve as a fondu, the heat from the flame will keep it warm and soft.

Or serve as a spread. Allow the sauce to sit at room temperature. It will thicken so offer a spoon or cocktail knife for spreading on toasted bread or crackers.
