These whole-food, plant-focused recipes aim to help you get lots of healthy plant foods into each meal. These recipes are built around whole grains or minimally processed grains, beans and whole plant foods. Lots of vegetables and good for you nuts, grains, seeds and legumes.
Not all these recipes are vegan however non-vegan ingredients are optional or easily substituted.
