    Fresh Salad Recipes

    Fresh salads are my secret weapon in maintaining a healthy diet full of whole plant foods. I eat a fresh salad almost daily. These salads are some of my favourite, go-to recipes.

    Everything from a simple side salad that will help you get more greens on your plate. To filling and substantial main meal salads built on whole grains, roasted vegetables or legumes. Salads you can make ahead and pack for lunch - pasta salads, bean salads, and fruit salads.

    I truly believe salads do not have to be boring. Eat your greens.
